Me: I’m fine, thank you.

Me: Yes of course. My name is Constance, I’m 18 years old. I live in Saint Philbert de Bouaine in Vendée, but for my studies; I have an apartment in Angers.
E: Ok! Where are you studying?
Me: I’m studying at Jean Moulin High School, & I'm doing my first year of a Higher National Certificate in lab studies.
E: What do you like doing most in this field?
Me: I like studying microbiology and biochemistry, bacteria and molecules, the functioning of human cells.
E: What are your plans for the future?
Me: I want to work in a lab, in the food processing industry, if it is possible.

Me: During my placement, I worked in a laboratory in the food sector, and I studied the various types of bacteria in food products.
E: For you, what was the most interesting aspect?
Me: First of all, it was very interesting because I gained a lot experience, especially in research. It’s allowed me to discover my professional life. All of it was very interesting. I learned a lot about working in a laboratory.
