- To begin, can you introduce yourself, please?
- My name is Kevin Babaud, I’m twenty years old and I live in Tours. I’ve been a student at Jean Moulin high school from 2012 and I study Biology.
- What do you find interesting in this Higher National Certificate course? What do you hope to be?
- I'm doing this second-year post-A-level course because it is based on everything I love and it will allow me to work in a laboratory which interests me a lot. Given that I want to work in the food processing, it will give me the chance to work in a laboratory in this field.
- And has your training helped to reinforce your desire?
- Yes. I'm even more passionate now about what I am doing because my internship went very well.
- What did you have to do?
- I carried out tests on the quality of various products to see if they were fit to be marketed. I used various techniques but more particularly enzymology techniques.
- What are your plans for the future?
- If I am successful in my Higher National Certificate I hope to do a professional degree specializing in food processing and then enter the labor market.

- I interesting by this BTS because because it is based on everything I love and allows me to open the doors to some laboratory but are interesting but envy and assets. Given that I want to Work in an analytical laboratory food that would open the doors BTS me to this lab.

- Yes I'm even more passionate about what I do because my internship is very well.

- I studied must product to test their quality and their authorized marketing in various sectors through various technical but more particularly enzymology techniques.
- What are your plans in the future?
- I hope after having spent my BTS if it goes well fair one year lycence professional food industry and then entering the labor market.
